Along with organic fruits and vegetables, a milk cow, sheep, pigs, chickens and rabbits grazing on cover crops would be a fixture on the White House Lawn. Along with English, he speaks French, Spanish and Haitian Creole. He would be a hit with foreign dignitaries and White House chefs.
